Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- A verified technical issue prevented successful delivery or access to the product
- An incorrect or duplicate charge was made to the customer
All refund requests must:
- Be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- Include valid proof such as payment receipt or transaction ID
Refund approval is subject to review.
Services & Consultations
Refund eligibility for workshops, mentoring, or consulting services is governed by service-specific terms.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable
- Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
